Pilates - Beginner

Pilates is simply a variety of stretches and exercises designed to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and mental awareness.

 

In our Beginner Pilates classes, we focus on breathing techniques and your ability to pull from your core.  We also teach how to develop proper posture from neutralizing your spine throughout the day.

 

You will enjoy the peace, relaxed muscles, and freedom that comes from Pilates.

 

Pilates - HIIT Training

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.  Combined with Pilates, this training will have you breaking a sweat, enjoying the challenge, and increasing your endurance, strength, and ability under pressure.  

 

Twenty minutes of a Pilates/HIIT Mix and a deep ten minute cool down will have your body refreshed and energized.  Experience the power of pressure.

Pilates - Athlete Training

Athletes stand to lose the most when their muscles, back, and joints are weak.  Pilates Athlete Training targets key areas to restore natural health back to the body for maximum performance and less injuries.  

 

This intense Pilates training will stretch your athlete to adjust its body while learning to balance, strengthen their core, and relieve tension.  Once this workout is complete, athletes will feel invincible and become an even greater force in their field.
