Monthly Consultation

Service Description

Your monthly consultation is a direct overview of your health since your previous consultation. Documents that need to be reviewed must be submitted one (1) day prior to your scheduled appointment. All consultations not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate. Note: Payment is required at the time of scheduling the appointment. Should the appointment be cancelled, funds will be refunded. Should the appointment be rescheduled, funds will be held as normal.
