Follow-Up Appointment

Service Description

A follow-up appointment will consist of an extensive look at your progress based on recommendations from your initial consultation. Note: Documents that need to be reviewed must be submitted one (1) day prior to your scheduled appointment. All consultations not cancelled twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled appointment will be billed at the normal rate. Should the appointment be cancelled, funds will be refunded. Should the appointment be rescheduled, funds will be held at the normal rate.
